Looks more like a get-up for an Avril Lavigne concert. On a semi-related note, Copyranter, how do you feel about skorts?
I hate them, that's like dress shorts you're talking about? YUCK.
Actually, Copyranter, they're the curious abomination that are a miniskirt in the front, and a regular pair of shorts in back. A flap of fabric extends from one side on the front of the shorts to the other. This touchingly modest flap obscures the the location of the wearer's crotch.

These pants illustrate my explanation of why I Hate Capri Pants - they make tall women look dumpy, and short women look like trolls. This is clearly the lower half of a short woman.
Ladies, here's another clue: if the clothes make models look ugly, regular women definitely shouldn't be wearing them.

Sadly, it seems that almost every clothing designer of this season has fashioned capris to torture us with...
Must be a knee-jerk reaction to "flares" (which I much prefer).
